校长
Mrs. Kelly M Wailes has been in education for more than 20 years across the USA, the UK and China. Most of her career has been focused on educating younger children, and Mrs. Wailes’ leadership experience has been built upon her work as an Early Years and Primary specialist. Mrs. Wailes believes that having been a teacher for over 10 years across various countries and continents has given her an insight into other cultures and how young children learn and develop, and this has been further developed and enriched by having her own two daughters.

Cathy has been deeply involved in the education industry for 18 years. She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and has worked in education management positions in well-known international school groups for more than 15 years. Cathy has not only the experience of managing foreign children’s schools, but also the experience of establishing private bilingual schools. Her long experience of working and studying in a multicultural environment has given her a broader perspective, more diversified thinking and a more tolerant mentality. In Harrow Haikou, she will lead the team to cultivate the core values of Harrow for the new generation of Harrow students through teaching and learning, leadership projects, institutional systems and other activities, namely “Courage, Honour, Humility and Fellowship”, the four core values that Harrow students would benefited from throughout their lives, enabling them to have a foundation and strength to go further.
副校长
Jo Evans has over 20 years of educational experience in the UK, South America, the Middle East and China. Her career started in education departments of major London museums and galleries and moved into visual arts, supporting middle and high school children develop creative approaches to problem solving and self expression. Jo has developed her educational leadership experience primarily within pastoral roles but has also worked in curriculum development and off site learning experiences. Her guiding principle is to ensure that every child receives the quality and consistency of provision that she would wish for her own two children.
副校长
Mr. Alex Ward has been deeply involved in education for more than 25 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in advanced mathematics from the University of Leeds and a master’s degree in human resources training and development management from the University of Edinburgh and has obtained a teacher qualification certificate from Keele University.
Before moving to Harrow Haikou, He was the Head of Upper School in Harrow Beijing and has served as the school’s academic director. He has work experience in the Middle East, the United States, Canada, Australia and China and other countries or regions. His educational philosophy is focused on developing the student, not just in their academic endeavors but also in their broader personal development.
Key to this is guiding students to take responsibility for their choices and actions as they develop their educational excellence for life and as leaders of the future.
高年级学部校长
Cooper先生曾先后任职于迪拜Jumeriah学校、哈罗北京、德威上海德闳学校，在二十多年的职业生涯中，他曾担任过多种角色，包括学科主任、部门负责人、助理校长和副校长。这些经历巩固了我对于教育的认知：孩子们在最快乐并且注意力最集中的时候，学得更好；探究与挑战基于实际背景下的实践活动，从而获得认知和成长，这些通常发生在课堂之外。他也坚信，学校与家长及更广泛社区的良好互动和牢固关系，能够帮助孩子在成长教育过程中获得有力支持。
助理校长兼低年级学部校长
Romano 女士拥有 31 年的教学经验和 21 年的学校管理经验。 Romano女士在团队管理、课程设计和教学方面具有出色的能力。Romano女士曾担任诺斯利小学校长培训与发展论坛的主席。该论坛致力于确保培训资源有效匹配和提升教育发展水平。Romano女士将带着她丰富的经验和创新精神投入到低年级的教学管理当中。
低年级学部副校长
Moore先生于2016年加入哈罗大家庭，曾先后任教于哈罗北京和哈罗上海，在亚洲各国拥有超过10年的教学经验。他在指导各个年龄段的ESL学生（以英语为第二语言）方面积累了丰富的经验，擅长根据学生的不同特性进行个性化的课程设计，并对于儿童保护与安全教育有着独特见解。他拥有澳大利亚南十字星大学教育学硕士学位与应用科学学士学位，并多次获得个性化课程设计的相关表彰。
Early Years Centre-Chinese Head
湖南农业大学应用心理学学士、中国科学院心理研究所儿童发展心理学硕士文凭、广东省幼儿园园长培训中心园长资格证。
我有超过20年的早期教育经验，并担任幼儿园校长超过15年。我早年的工作经历大多与双语教育有关。除此之外，我花了3年时间从事游戏化教育的研究和实践。我的主要兴趣是儿童心理学，双语教育和跨文化管理。
