I worked as SENDCo (Inclusion) and EAL Manager at Harrow, Zhuhai, I have managed the Inclusion Department in a range of settings, managing the professional development of staff and facilitating the skills of school counsellors and outside agency support. Having worked for 33 years in the primary and secondary setting, I have a rich experience and a unique understanding of primary pupils’ development and bridging the gap between primary and secondary provision.

My most recent role was teaching Physics and Mathematics at a World College in the south of Wales. My favourite sport is kayaking, cycling, running, and swimming and triathlons. I am also a mountaineer and relish the challenge of scaling a peak or difficult climb with friends. I am very excited to work at Harrow Haikou. I am excited to teaching Physics and exploring all the Hainan and China has to offer.

Mr Darbi worked as a Homeroom Teacher at an elementary school in Surrey, England, where he was responsible for elementary school curriculum planning, teaching, and assessment, with a particular focus on math. He also set up after-school clubs for chess and soccer programs. Outside of teaching, he has also coached youth soccer on a part-time basis.
